Our phone line is open from 8am for urgent/same day appointments. When calling for an urgent appointment the receptionists may ask for a few details. All receptionists have been trained to make these enquires in order to help you in the most appropriate way.

Appointments are ten minutes in length. Please remember a ten minute appointment means a doctor can only deal with one of your problems properly.

We also provide pre-bookable appointments which you can book by contacting the Surgery after 9am or via apps above if you have registered for online service.

The Extended Hours service is available from 6.30 pm to 8pm on weekdays and 8am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. Just call the Surgery and your call will be diverted to the service or dial 0203 370 7366. If you require medical assistance outside these hours, please contact 111.

Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound or too sick to come to the surgery.

Our doctors typically see four patients at the practice in the time it takes to do a single home visit. For this reason, we ask our patients to come to the practice if possible. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the practice.

Please try to telephone reception before 10:00am if you require a home visit.

The doctor may phone you back to discuss your problem as it may be able to be managed with telephone advice. Alternatively the doctor may consider that it would be more appropriate to arrange a hospital visit.

If you need advice, self-help or have an administrative request, you can use online consultation and receive a response within 2 working days or sooner.

Please tell us:

• If there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
• If you need an interpreter
• If you have any other access or communication needs

If you are unable to keep your appointment please call the surgery on the number above to cancel your appointment.

10% of all appointments are missed. This affects your and others’ ability to get an appointment when needed. 

We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments.

To have this service you will need to register by completing a consent form.
