Patients are seen by appointment only during surgery hours. Urgent cases are seen on the day. If you believe your condition needs an urgent medical appointment please inform the receptionist. When calling for an urgent appointment the receptionists may ask for a few details. All receptionists have been trained to make these enquires in order to help you in the most appropriate way.
Appointments are ten minutes in length. Please remember a ten minute appointment means a doctor can only deal with one of your problems properly.
Otherwise. you may be asked to book another appointment. Therefore, if you think you will need to discuss more than one problem, please ask the receptionist to book you a double appointment slot.
If you are unable to keep your appointment please call the surgery on the number above to cancel your appointment.
10% of all appointments are missed. This affects your and others’ ability to get an appointment when needed. If you have received a text regarding a missed appointment, please view our letters if you have:

If the surgery is closed and you require medical assistance on Weekends/Bank Holidays or between 6:30pm to 8am, Monday to Friday, please call 111.
Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound or too sick to come to the surgery.
Our doctors typically see four patients at the practice in the time it takes to do a single home visit. For this reason, we ask our patients to come to the practice if at all possible. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the practice.
Please try to telephone reception before 11:00am if you require a home visit.
The doctor may phone you back to discuss your problem as it may be able to be managed with telephone advice. Alternatively the doctor may consider that it would be more appropriate to arrange a hospital visit.
Home visits are normally made between 1:00pm and 4:00pm.
Please ring 020 7272 9105 and speak to Reception.
